In June 2022, two workshops were held as part of the OPTIMISE project. Together with the project members of Gecko Two GmbH and CG Elementum AG, further smart living use cases were designed. For the first time, the potentials of Smart Living technologies in office environments were focused in this context. The organization and methodical design of the workshops was taken over by Gecko Two GmbH.
In the first workshop on 01.06.2022, existing smart living products were classified into superordinate use categories according to their application purpose and eleven different use cases in office environments were derived on this basis. Different categories were combined with each other and the resulting approaches were expanded step by step. Finally, the developed use cases were prioritized with regard to the expected added value and implementation effort.
The workshop on June 21, 2022 was used by the project participants to prepare the presentation of the resulting smart living use cases in office environments for a potential practice partner. In this context, core benefits as well as extended functionalities of the use case in the context of the OPTIMISE platform were discussed and visualized in a stage model.
The goal of the OPTIMISE project is to provide a platform on which smart living services can be offered by companies. The next workshop is scheduled for 09.08.2022 at the InfAI premises. More information about the project can be found at https://optimise.infai.org and https://infai.org/optimise/.
